For the Batch Mix: Pour all the liquid ingredients into one sizeable container, leave to sit for one hour, then strain , ideally through muslin, to ensure it's fully clarified.
For serving: Add 85ml of the batch mix to a cocktail shaker packed with ice, and agitate carefully for a minute to chill. Strain into a chilled martini glass or a similar vessel, decorate with some cranberries and finish using a brief mist of the essential oil over the top.
